Talbots Plaid On/Off the Shoulder Blouse

This 100% polyester top is blousy and comfortable. I have worn it off the shoulder and regular. It travels well and is basically wrinkle free. It can basically be worn all year round. Looks great in the summer with white pants and the remainder of the year with black or red pants. The pit to pit measurement is 21 inches, length is 25 inches and sleeve length is 23 inches. I have worn the sleeves full length and pulled them up to 3/4 length.
