Talbots Petites Brown Rayon and Spandex Short Sleeve Dress NWT Petite M

This is a BRAND NEW dress from Talbots Petites in a Petite Medium. Though it's a petite, it is still quite long at 46" from shoulder to hem. It features a crisscross bodice with a wide band around the waist, flowing to an empire skirt. Made of rayon and Spandex, so the dress is super soft. Approximate Measurements: Armpit to Armpit: 19" Flat Waist: 15" Length: 46" NOTE: As you can see in one of the pictures, there are tiny string belt loops on this dress. I purchased the dress without the belt. You could easily cut these loops off, or add your own belt to the dress. I don't think it needs a belt - it's adorable as it is!
