Talbot's Paisley Lightweight Pleated Front Button Down Top

Super cute paisley pleated front button down top/tunic by Talbots. Size 1 petite. I'm going back and forth about whether this is black or navy I think it's navy but it's very dark. It's possibly black. Bust 24 in. Waist 26 in. Sleeves 23 in. Top is 29 in long. Very good used condition, no issues except a couple little wrinkles. Wmoke-free home.
