Talbots Navy Blue Velvet Jacket, Size 10 Petite

This is a beautiful navy blue velvet jacket. It has two functional slant pockets in the front and four large front buttons. As can be seen the top button can be opened or closed. Jacket is completely lined and in new like condition. Fabric content is outside 100% cotton and lining 100% polyester. Measurements are length from top of collar 26.5 inches, from top of shoulder 25 inches and pit to pit approximately 20 inches.
