Anchors are embroidered. I’m having a hard time telling if it’s black or blue. If blue it’s a VERY dark blue. You need to be ok with either black or blue! Edge of shoulder to hem: 20”, sleeve: 20”, pit to pit: 16-1/2”. Anchors and trim are off white. 60% cotton, 40% rayon Machine Wash, lay flat to dry It is just the cardigan.
