melanierose19 @chastainjo Hi, the dress appears to have a straight skirt with no pleats but it does have some swing to it at the bottom. There is no belt or tie. There is some gathering under the breast area but not at the neckline. I tried to describe it to the best of my ability. I hope this helps!
