@phoenixexchange I’m sorry they’re not my size so I can’t say for sure! I have some measurements pictured and the waistband is just under 16” so I’d say they run on the bigger side of 4. Would any other measurements help?

@phoenixexchange The hips are measuring at about 18.5” and I doubled checked the waist and it is sitting right around 16”. These do have a little stretch but not much!
