This shoe was used as the model in the Talbots Holiday Look Book. I purchased it at the Talbots Headquarters several years ago but never had the occasion to wear them. The headquarters blacked out the Talbots name inside the shoe prior to selling because they were a sample. Samples often differed slightly from what was actually put into production because they proved to be too expensive to produce. For example, the actual version of this shoe sold in stores may not have had the leather sole or may have used a cheaper embellishment.
