Talbots Black and White Speckled Tweed Skirt

This sweet pencil skirt has a retro look with a flirty flare at the hem. Its black with a weave that has tiny dots of white in it - so pretty. I wore it with red sweaters but any color would work. While it doesn't specifically say it's a petite, it comes from Talbots Petites Collection in a size 2 measuring 14" at the waist waist 17" at the hips and it's 22" long including a 3" flare at the hem.
