This gorgeous cotton dress is from Talbot’s “The Oprah Winfrey Magazine Collection” of elegant dresses. It’s rich in color and style, giving it “go anywhere” appeal. I see it at a garden party, afternoon tea, as a wedding guest choice or even in the workplace with a nice jacket or cardigan. Really needs minimal jewelry. The dress is very well made.
