Jet black 8 panel flowy skirt size 16. The outer shell is a sheer cotton/silk with circular embellishments and a full inside lining with a generous 7.5" invisible zipper and hook & eye closure. Measurements flat: Waist: 18.5", Zipper: 7.5", Width: 47.5", Length waist to hem: 30". See pictures for details. Materials: Shell 84% Cotton & 16% Silk, Lining 100% Polyester Care: dry clean, do not press Condition: Excellent new condition. Not sure why the bottom hem has a zig zag stitch but barely noticeable.
