beautiful Talbots black and white front button down polka dot lined dress with soft shoulder pads which can easily be removed. it has ties which can be tied in a bow to accentuate the figure. all the buttons are there. a few may need to be reinforced. this is a well made dress. pre-owned good condition see photos. there are no size or material tags please check measurements below. pit-pit 19" sleeve length 8" & width 6.5 at bottom waist 17" length 49" across shoulders 15" guessing this might be a Medium figure flattering perfect for a special occasion or even work
