100% cotton skirt and liner..finished ribbon waist band. Pleats sewn flat for first 4.5” for a flat front. Laying flat, skirt measures 33.5” long and 19” at waist. Side zip is 7.5” long and has single hook/eye closure. Measurements are approximate. EUC, worn once, no tears or stains. T-shirt that matches color of bottom band in separate listing.
