Closet Clear Out (CCO) days happen every Thursday and Sunday! 🎉 On these days, a seller can drop the price of an individual item, triggering a discounted shipping price courtesy of Poshmark. This discounted shipping will apply to those who "liked" the item before the drop was made. It will last for six hours. The discounted shipping price is determined by the price of the item. How Do I Take Advantage of CCO? 1. Like an item and add it to a bundle, then leave a comment on your bundle with "CCO!" 2. If there is room for me to discount the item, I will drop the public price by 10% or more. 3. This will auto-qualify the item for a discounted shipping price. 4. You will receive a notification from Poshmark that the price has dropped, along with the shipping discount. 5. Go to your bundle and select the "Buy Now" button to accept the dropped price. Exclusions * Items for which I have already dropped the price and cannot drop further. * CCO is not applicable to items priced $10 or less.

robinlisa1234 Hi ! I have a question about the CCO… I’m a seller as well but the CCO always confuses me … I’d like to make a listing like this to notify buyers but afraid that something will happen & the discount won’t be offered & then upsetting them ☹️ If I’m following their guidelines Do u know if thi reduced ship discount applies to all or does posh randomly select which buyers they offer it to? Here’s how it works from the seller side: 1 You manually drop the price of a single item by at least 10% (compared to the lowest price in the last 28 days) on a CCO day. 2. If someone has liked that item before you drop the price, Poshmark will automatically send them a notification with the new price and offer them discounted shipping for 6 hours. ...

digitaloceans @robinlisa1234 So when you post a graphic or listing about participating in CCO, it’s best to clarify a few things: 1. The buyer needs to like the item first. 2. The price drop happens after they comment “CCO” AND you come in to drop the price. 3. The shipping discount is triggered by Poshmark automatically and only lasts 6 hours. That way, you're setting good expectations and avoiding disappointment.
