Takahashi Watering Can Planter Japan San Francisco Floral Speckled Stoneware 3.5" Vintage art pottery piece from Takahashi of Japan and San Francisco. Collectible little speckled stoneware pieces with various floral decorations. They are often shaped like this watering can which is functional as well as matching planters from the same line. Measures 3.5 inches tall by 5.5 inches at the widest. The flowers on this adorable planter are Allium Caeruleum aka Blue Onion Flowers. Perfect for succulents and air plants. Could also be used as a tiny watering can in your succulent garden. Great vintage condition. No cracks or crazing. One spot along top rim feels slightly rough to the touch. Could be a small flea bite, could just be missing glaze spot. The surface is glossy but irregular, not smooth, which is the nature of this type of art pottery. Graphics are great and on both sides. Clean inside and out.
