Tahari sweater with high neck

3/4 length sleeve, loose comfortable fit viscose, poly, nylon blend- very soft and cozy! it has rolled sleeves and a high neck, which is probably why there is a tiny make up mark on the neckline (see image). It would not be noticable because it will be (get this!) hidden in your neck. 13.5" across chest
