Tahari White Satin Top Gown with Black Dots

Chic white and black dotted satin top dress with patent belt by Tahari. Ideal for elegant events. Dress was worn one time to a Kentucky Derby themed party so it is still in excellent preloved condition.* *The zipper never fully went down as indicated in the pictures. It still unzips below the waist so I was able to get in/out of it fine but the zipper is designed to unzip 1 1/2 - 2 inches further than it does.
