Tahari by Arthur S Levine This is a gorgeous top. There is a side zipper and flattering seams. Short waisted. This works perfectly under an open jacket on my page by the same designer. This looks great worn alone or under a jacket. The cut and fabric can be very formal. Resting Measurements Pit to pit: 20.5” Neck to hem: 20.25”
