jwarb @sylvanriker Good Evening! It is definitely more of a navy, the studio lights make it appear brighter like a cobalt than it actually is. I purchased it secondhand solely for my closet and it has not been dry cleaned while in my possession. It is a mid calf I would say on me (I’m 5’ 4”). From top shoulder to bottom hem it has a 40” length.
