Taboo formal dress

Elegant white formal dress with blue flower accents and sequins/glitter. Crafted by Taboo. Unsure of size because the tag is ripped but it is either a small or XS for teen/young girl, approximate measurements in pictures. Dress is not in perfect condition flaws pictured as shown but still functional. This dress would be great for a young teens first dance while still on a budget. Dress is from late 2008-2009 prom but still very classic and beautiful.
