This listing is for a pair of Tabitha Simmons Codi Over the Knee Black Lace Up Combat Boots with a heel. In a size 38.5 these leather boots do have an approximately 4" heel but feature a platform that helps with the height. The top leather flap can be folded down for a knee boot or turned up to be more of an over the knee on most people. Brand new in box they have never been worn. A back zip on each boot makes them easier to put on and take off.
