Clear (transparent) New and never opened Our CLEAR BROW GEL leaves your brows groomed and sculpted to your desired shape. Our formulation leaves just enough product to achieve natural volume, for fuller and well-defined brows. HOW TO USE: Twist off cap and dip the Brow Gel wand into the well a few times. Gently apply to brows using upward smooth strokes until you have reach desired shape filling in areas that may appear sparse. Use a clean spooly to groom.
