TY McDonald's Beanie Baby "Liberty the Bear" 1996 w/TAG ERRORS. The toy has never been removed from the box and is in great condition. The packaging has wear. The plastic bubble is dented, creased, and slightly yellowed. The card has creases and slightly bent corners. And the perforated flaps on the back are halfway opened.
