The Billabong shorts are mid-rise, loose, relaxed cotton, elastic (pull on) stretchy waistband, dark navy blue (almost black) with thin white stripes. The TwentyOne brand shorts are low-rise, a little preppier, cotton, white with navy blue stripes, stitched rounded front pockets. belt loops and flattering welt and button back pockets - super cute!
