Truly wonderful rare vintage books by Beatrix Potter. Great for the collector of vintage books, children’s books or Beatrix Potter! 1) “GINGER & PICKLES” Copyright 1909, Copyright Renewed 1937. Book measures 4.25”x 5.5. 75 pages. Illustrated with color plates by Potter. Book is in very good condition with no torn pages or writing on pages. Dust cover is in fair condition with some tears (see photos). 2) “THE TAILOR OF GLOUCESTER” Copyright 1903, Copyright Renewed 1931. Book measures 4.375” x 5.625”. 85 pages. Also illustrated with color plates. Book is in good condition. Color plate adjacent to title page is detached and interior spine is lifted at interior front of book. Some wear and tear on exterior spine. A name is written in pencil on the first title page (see photos). From my personal collection in a smoke free and pet free home.
