TWO Meito China LUCILLE Large / Small Oval Platters GORGEOUS! Japan Discontinued

These two platters are really beautiful! With a very dainty floral design that is rather unique. Both have gold trim, and our oval shaped with subtle handles. When I first looked at these, I assumed they had never been used. But on the underside of the large platter, I found four chips, see photos. There is also one small smudge that appears to be under the glaze and I assume was from the manufacturing process. Again, please see photo. Of course the chips are not visible, and do not affect functionality in any way, but they’re there so you should know about them. Please see photos for exact measurements. These are as like new as you can get, appearance wise. Just beautiful! This delightful pattern would complement many others, it’s whimsical and feminine with lovely colors. This is the “Lucille“ pattern from Meito. It has been discontinued. Made in Japan.
