Walter Dorwin Teague was an American industrial designer who collaborated with the pottery company Taylor, Smith & Taylor to create the mid-century modern "Conversation" line of dinnerware in the 1950s. This collaboration resulted in unique, square-shaped dishes that came in various patterns and colors, such as "King O'Dell," "Coffee Tree," and "Jamaica".
