Manufactured from 1950-1954 Matches the King O'Dell or Jamaica pattern Brown ceramic 13" x 10" Some wear is visible on rim and face. Typical for 75 years old. No major scratches. No cracks, chips, or crazing. Walter Dorwin Teague was an American industrial designer who collaborated with the pottery company Taylor, Smith & Taylor to create the mid-century modern "Conversation" line of dinnerware in the 1950s. This collaboration resulted in unique, square-shaped dishes that came in various patterns and colors, such as "King O'Dell," "Coffee Tree," and "Jamaica".
