Gently used midi dress. Top of dress has a sheer ruffled plaid overlay with a button up ruffled front and sleeves over an attached black cami style underlay. Plaid overlay can be worn buttoned or un-buttoned. Bottom of dress is solid black and has belt loops (belt is not included). Measures 18" pit to pit, waist measures 15" across, 12.25" from shoulder to waist, 23" from waist to hem and 35" shoulder to hem.
