shender2 @ajg0916 I got kicked off of Merc. For defending myself . I tried && tried to get ahold of customer service but all I ever f'ing got was an automated response . Its ridiculous , they're tooooo strict

ajg0916 @shender2 in my opinion I don't think they're strict, I think they just don't protect sellers enough as well as the buyer. Because all they can ever do is send you an automated response saying they will fix the problem.
