@olivetoes2023 hi, absolutely. I measured just now and it looks to be about 15 inches neck, actually about 60 waist as it is made to fit a little looser. The chest looks to be 58. I will post some additional info too. Please let me know if you need anything more. I just did a quick measurement for you. 💕
