These stretchy leggings are size 0 (sz 12 according to their size chart) and made by Torrid. They are made with 95% soft cotton and 5% spandex and machine washable. They have an elastic waist that measures 15" across unstretched and the inseam is 25 1/2". They are in like new condition, no rips or stains, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very comfy!
