New with tags for sale is the tori praver off the shoulder cold shoulder in pink yellow blossom. The one on Kaitlyn Carter is same but different print color (FYI I have this other color too if you want to buy both lmk!) Size is 1. Fits like an XS. elastic on the upper arm and around bust. Adjustable straps. No option to put size 1 regular so I put XS. The size is 1 and fits like an XS.
