Nice solid black pullover top from INC International Concepts/Petites. The high neck collar has beads and sequins on a lace backing. The opening at the neck for room to put top on and to take it off is 6". The top closes with 4 snaps behind the beaded and sequined collar. The cold shoulder sleeve style looks to me to have a very long open sleeveless area. See pictures with measurements. This is INC Petites / Size Medium. Underarm to underarm across the front - 17" - total 34" The distance from the collar to the bottom of the armhole - approximately 9"10". It looks to be a longer than normal bust area. From the shoulder to the bottom hem - 23" Across the front bottom hem - 16.5" - total 33" From the sleeve underarm to the bottom hem - 14"
