Pullover top by Quacker Factory. This is a navy blue 95% Cotton / 5% spandex top. It has 3/4 length sleeves. Around the low cut V-neckline are a wide design of rhinestones and studs in silver and blue. The rhinestone/stud design goes around the back at the collar. It gives off a nice sparkle look.
