This is a very nice velvet top by International Concepts-INC. This is a pullover top. The body of the top is a dark royal blue velvet material. There is a netting border around the neckline. The shoulders have netting and the cap sleeves have the velvet material. It is a pretty top that simmers with the velvet material. It is SIZE XL - BUT looks smaller than a normal XL.
