Unique blouse/top by GUESS. This is a solid black polyester blouse. The front left has a ruffle that runs from the shoulder to the hem. The ruffle goes over the left shoulder down the back to the left shoulder area. The sleeves are long with see through lace. There is a hook in the back at the neck to open for easy on and off.
