Made in Italy. Italian fabric. Tom Ford garment identified by CA and RN. Stay strap was removed. Size 42 is a US size 6, so listed as such for search purposes. See approximate measurements in photos for best fit. Interior black grosgrain waist cinch strap adjusts from 27- 28" total. elisza @kaylagk1 there is stretch. i think a small 8 would be fine but check the measurements, too. I now wear an 8 - 10 and it fit best when I was pretty solid in the smaller size 8.

elisza I should say the black inside cinch strap in 14.5 (29" total) on the longest, but one could easily add onto that.
