TOGA Pulla JAPANESE Designer WESTERN STYLE SHIRT with Tie Neck Large-XL

Avant garde designer JAPANESE Blouse by TOGA Pulla. The fabric is, I believe a rayon/viscose mix and the color is the palest butter yellow/ ivory. The top is styled in an updated WESTERN manner with pearl snap buttons, curved welt pocket and an attached tie at the neck to wear as you please. The blouse is accented with navy blue cording at the pockets, cuffs and tie ends. Super rare! Measures like an oversized Large: Neck: 16.5", Sleeve length from center back: 32", Bust:46".
