TINY from Anthropologie flutter sleeve embroidered floral cream top XS A582

This is an eye catching cream colored flutter sleeve top with fun ruffles and delicate blue and orange embroidery over a 2 layer, semi sheer top. I love that the arm holes cover you even though the sleeves appear to conceal dramatically long and open armholes. There is a silly drawstring that doesn’t really stay tied and serves no purpose, so you can either let it dangle or put a stitch in it to keep it tied once you know how tight you want it to be. Pre-owned, but in excellent condition with no visible flaws.
