If you have a narrow foot or are between sizes, then it's recommended to go down a half size on the Slipstream. Shimano SPD Cleat Set INCLUDED! - These are standard SPD cycling cleat set by Shimano. Compatible with majority of indoor cycling pedals. Screw into the bottom of TIEM's Slipstream cycling shoes using an Allen wrench or hex key (not included).
