TIARA INTERNATIONAL Cardigan Vintage 90's Embroidered Black with Velvet Trim-S

Vintage 90's button front cardigan in excellent condition. Hidden button front with velvet covered top button, velvet collar with embroidered floral design, embroidered front and cuffs and velvet embroidered pocket detail on the front (not actual pockets, just attached decorative flaps). Padded shoulders. Measures 20.5" pit to pit and 23.5" shoulder to hem. Embroidery is a purply/gray and silver with iridescent seed beads.
