@clara_dickerson they seem to be very sturdy. I don't know how to judge "sturdiness" but they're not flimsy… They wouldn't be bending as you carried them full of food

@clara_dickerson I'm not sure how hot you would want to put in plastic containers but I think the would hold up well with reasonable heat
