THML Women's Beige and Black Flutter Sleeve Blouse NWT

This delicate smocked front blouse has double flutter sleeves and a loose fit. The back has a button and loop closure at the neck. THML tops are well made and look even better in person, I wear this brand often, and get lots of compliments. The chest measurement is 21” and the length is 23”. What I love most about these lovely blouses is that you can wear them with jeans, or dress them up with a great skirt. Actually, I also love that they’re light weight enough to wear all year, just add or subtract a layer.
