techillarose Hello...so sorry, I did not see your text...the shoulders are padded, all Theirry Mugler suits are padded (that I know of..I have 10 Mugler suits, they are all padded). There is a skirt I am putting more pics up...the waist size is 26 1/2 inches, marked 42. It has a small vent at bottom of skirt. It has a silver belt marked Mugler on it...please ask any other questions...this is in perfect condition and beautiful

techillarose @cjburden321 Hi...its a skirt...all Thierry Mugler suits, jackets are padded...that was his signature style...it is a gorgeous suit...the waist size is 26 1/2 inches...I think I responded to you previously??
