THICK neoprene "sauna" scuba material leggings

EUC (worn twice for promotional work) neoprene thick compression "sauna" sweating leggings! Tag says medium but due to material and fit I'd liken to a S/M. Only flaw I happened to notice is very slight pulling along rear seam and inner right leg at the inseam (see photos - the yellow that shows is the inner layer of the pants).
