Use Cryo (logo side) to reduce puffiness, redness, and inflammation—creating the perfect pre-makeup canvas with a visibly smoother, more refreshed complexion. Use Thermo (cloth side) to open pores, stimulate circulation, and promote deep relaxation, enhancing product absorption and boosting overall skin vitality. For a cooling experience, place the mask in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or in the freezer for 10–15 minutesbefore use. This allows the gel beads to reach the ideal temperature to help reduce puffiness, calm inflammation, and refresh tired, stressed skin. For warming, microwave the mask for 10 seconds only. The temperature must not exceed 80°C. If additional warmth is needed, add heat in 5-seconds. To use, cleanse and dry your face, then secure the mask using the adjustable velcro strap. Wear for 10–20 minutes to unwind and revitalise your skin.
