lolanme I have had a posher INSIST we are to do returns per Poshmark rules. Then also advise me other poshers do returns. Uggghh. Reason for return btw, color made her skin tone look dull. ❤

jeweledonyx @lolanme Hi! Buyers cannot make you do a return only Poshmark can and it must be for cause: item not as described and they must present proof. They must file a claim and wait on a decision. That's the process. HTH-Kaye💎

alphachickbtq I love this. Had the same thing on my listings. One buyer wanted to return some shoes and poshmark approved case because the pink was slightly darker on her photo than my photos. It was so frustrating. Of course in dark lighting the item will be darker. Urgh!
