From my own personal collection of WHBM. These Black Velvet Noir Pants in a Size Zero 0 Short are in excellent condition. Never washed, only dry cleaned, with the dry cleaners tag still attached. Beautiful black rhinestone detailing on the back pockets and right, third pocket, with larger white rhinestones at the front pockets. I adored these pants.
