THE LIMITED Cassidy fit Wide Leg Flowy dress pants

These are flowy and light. It looks like someone did a light hem to them that could easily be taken out. See picture with tape measure for size of hem. I’m 5’4” and they were a great length for me so I left it in. Measurements are with the way they are now. These do have a very wide leg to them. Definitely more of a statement pant design.
