This blouse features a stunning ‘90s grunge velvet burnout floral print against a sheer black base; subtle puffed sleeves; a peplum silhouette; and button and snap closure. 69% viscose, 31% polyamide. It is in brand new with tags condition and has never been worn or washed. The only flaw is a tiny (approx. 0.5”) area on one of the sleeve seams where a bit of the threading has come loose (see last photo).
